I agree. IMO the lower receiver plus the lower receiver extension (buffer tube), and the fire control group (LPK) are all structurally compromised when plastic components are used. Most for these "Hybrids" work OK at first but begin having issues over time. I'm not a fan of budget M4 clones due to their carbine length gas systems, and outdated stocks, handguards, and grips. The Radical Firearms RPR M-Lok models with B5 System Bravo stocks are my current recommendation for budget buyers. With a Life-Time warranty, and many desirable upgrades to include a tensioning screw, they appear to me to be the best deal.
Agree. Better off getting the Anderson for same price.
Spend another $50-$100 and buy an aluminum forged rifle, not plastic... Including the "composite trigger"... No thanks, save it for airsoft guns
