Dont worry about the price. They won't have it anyway.

$713.88 with tax and shipping. Did Cheaper Than Dirt buy out PSA? They have the right to sell at this price and I have the right to never buy from them. I remember the newly opened Cheaper Than Dirt store opening in Austin Texas. Gone - shutdown after the last over pricing period. Good luck PSA, not the only company making good products.

I'm buying 2!! Challenging times are ahead ya'll need to realize that!

Just kidding..... this is horrible for their customer base. Call and let them know.....email....takes less than 5 mins

I bet they don't have the common courtesy to give the victim a reach around.

If you scroll back through the comments people were complaining that this same box was $278 a year ago. PSA needs to put the crack pipe down and stop trying to bend over their customers! They just joined the list with CTD s companies I will never buy from again.

Dude, there was a guy that replied to my earlier post. Said I was a fucking cry baby millennial bitch basically.

This is $630 PLUS shipping. Fuck the dagger, and fuck anything PSA. I'm with you at this point, I'm done with this fake 2A "friendly" company.

I believe it's referring to my response, and if that's how it feels about my post, then yes, it is.

I'd let that ammo sit and rot before I'd pay $600 for it !

What next, the $300 Dagger will debut at $750?

Looking to see this hit .70 per round!

$630 now...checked twice to make sure that's not the price for 2000 rounds

How is this not price gouging?

6 votes

Legal gouging only pertains to food and fuel. This is supply and demand. They have supply, my demand goes elsewhere.

None of these guys understand what dynamic pricing or profit maximization are. I'm not encouraging anyone to buy at these prices, but until people stop or the industry has surplus again, don't expect anything to change.

It's def price gouging. Also making me less likely to buy a dagger in the future too. Or anything else psa is they're gonna do customers the same as ctd and dicks sporting goods

Oh but there is a metal shortage...whatever. all I see is price gouging from a company that stated they were not about profit but common use. What a bunch of bullshit, not buying shit from PSA till they get their prices more inline with reality.

Plenty of places not treating customers like fools. Brownells, midway USA. They haven’t changed prices one bit.

This is crazy! PSA is all about the 2nd amendment and giving people the right to bear arms at an affordable price. (The whole reasoning behind the "dagger" pistol) I'm all for capitalism but now they are destroying people's incomes with these egregious prices! We live in a shitty time where people are on limited disposable incomes and PSA is about to get on my CTD F-off list for exploiting peoples needs to defend themselves..

"but now they are destroying people's incomes with these egregious prices!", lighten up Francis, nobody's forcing you to buy ammo. It is a shitty time to buy guns and ammo, just like during any election cycle, recession, riot, or pandemic; we just happen to hit the quadfecta. I love how everyone thinks that psa's rolling in the money, when it's far more likely that they've already hit their apex of sales income, and are now running on the fumes of leftover stock. They're showing 2 types of ar10's and a single ak stock, when has that happened since the awb sunset? The only guns or ammo that they seem to have any kind of real stock of is pistols, and even that selection is kind of a joke.

I just emailed them too asking why such a crappy price. I do believe a lot of distributors are up charging as well. Let’s see what facts they come out with.

No reply back from PSA. Y’all email them and ask what’s up with the prices. I am very curious as to what distributors are charging

Damn PSA! Have been telling a lot of people to head your way before all the gouging. $600 for 1K rounds no way

They need to be taken off here just like cheaper than dirt for price gouging.

This will not go through metal plates however the xm193 through a 20 inch barrel will !

Target Sports Usa has the same thing for same price Free shipping after tax they are $319.82 Palmetto charging $29.50 shipping so after tax and shipping they are $349.32 $29.50 more because of shipping. Why would you throw your money away ordering from Palmetto paying shipping?

BOOM, somehow PSA's cost of business magically changed the day the rebate came out; and the free shipping went away. Essentially you're trading the easy free-shipping, for now having to play the Rebate Game and wait, hoop jump, and hope for a few months - for essentially the same price.

Pass.

This is not a DEAL! $30-40 on shipping...... No Thanks

$29.50 shipping That is your rebate down the drain passed here and bought else where With free shipping.

3 votes

$29.50 shipping no deal That takes away your rebate so the $249.00 is really $278.00Then add tax to it also.

Funny thing is it was $299 and free shipping before the rebate. They’re pulling a natchez style cash grab of the rebate. See pic! So they lowered the price $10 but zap you $30 shipping...

8 votes

Lol yeah they did the same BS on the 420 round can. 140 for fucking ever. Now it's 150 before the rebate

Where's the problem?? The rebate page (https://promotions.vistaoutdoor.com/EN/US/Promo/16/156/EntryForm...) states, "Qualifying ammunition ONLY includes 62-grain green tip with manufacturer part numbers beginning with XM855." This product is XM855CSF. It should qualify for the rebate, no??
*Edit* Ah the tax and shipping kill the deal. Can't believe there is no free shipping coupon.

Not to mention it'll take you 3-6 months to ever get that damn rebate AND if you screw anything up at all you'll never see that rebate. Rebates suck. I've had 50/50 success with them and they do not tempt me at all. I'd rather get $10 off the product in person than $30 promised to me "sometime in 2-5 months"
