It'll take more than "a little sanding and filing" of that 9310 steel. I used a tiny diamond coated dremel bit and a thin washer to protect the bolt face.

I bought one of these. If you look carefully at the bolt in the picture you will see that the hole for the ejector is cut in a way that the bottom side protrudes and is sharp. This causes the bolt to shave brass which binds up the ejector and gets under the extractor. So you get failures to eject and damaged brass. I was able to fix mine by blunting the sharp edge. I also had to install a better heavy duty extractor spring. It's reliable now but I could have bought two BCGs for the time, parts, and damaged brass I gave for this one.
Worked for me! Amazing deal. I bought a 5.56 BCG last year with a big discount and they ran out of stock so they upgraded me to the Premium BCG for no charge! Great company!
