Why the heck would you buy this now? Just to turn it in or have to get a tax stamp?
You buy it now because theres a good chance the ATF will lose this fight and even if they dont you pull off the brace and have a perfectly functional and legal pistol.
Because the ATF has no constitutional right to create laws. That's congress's job. In essance this edict from the ATF will be struck down in the court system.
If this was sold without a stock I would buy it.
