I think AimPoint raise MSRP this year after they released the Aimpoint Carbine Optic ACO. PRO use to be their entry level sight, now ACO is.
Last year most places had it listed at $416 when not 'on sale', this year it is $424. Not sure if $424 was always MSRP or not.
AimPoint might have smell blood in the water with EOTech being sued by Uncle Sammy for POI shift due to temp changes. They bumped the MSRP up a tad knowing that an informed buyer will shy away from an EOTech.
I admit I have a couple PRO's along with Vortexs and Meprolight RDS's. I would rather just have all PRO's. Like the mounting system, very simple and if you forget to turn it off the battery is not dead. If they were made in the US they would be perfect, then again the EOTechs were and they were defective, way to go L3, lesson there is don't buy a firearm sight from a Wall St company. ( Look up what L3 stands for ;) )

Yep, with a bit of patience this can be had from LAPG, OP, Tiger Outfitter, and even Midway (now and then with the right coupon) for under $360.
Big part of the reason the Aimpoint ACR is way over-priced at this point.
CODE SELECT16 is dead as of Sunday Morning 12/14/2014 for me. Its a shame. Except for a now and again 20% off (fairly rare) the 16% off is about as good as it gets at LAPG. I had $300 in the basket last nite and didn't finish the sale, woke up and saw this code no longer valid message. Never procrastinate folks, it can hurt ya! If anyone does get it to work, holler back.
I've tried about everything, and I think this is the best bang for your buck optic you can get. It will last a lifetime, and you rarely have to change the batteries.

Agreed, great deal. This is a great price on a PRO. I purchased my last one from LA Police Gear a few months ago when they had a sale and everything was perfect.
Ordered Sunday and received Wednesday. Everything went OK except the false site advertising. On the main page for arms unlimited they advertise a 5% coupon code for use with all aimpoints. I could not get this to apply to the order so I called. I was told this optic is on sale and excluded however, site does not this this optic on sale. Best part about calling was the unsure rep who agreed it should apply but could do nothing about it. Not sure I'll do business with this outfit again..

Thank you Sir - Good to know. The S&H costs make this really close. I had no shipping costs with this order so looks like a good deal. I've never ordered from NFA firearms before but will definitely do so in the future. I placed the order on Friday of last week and the item arrived today (Monday) so I'm really impressed with the turn-around. By contrast, I've ordered from PSA in the past and some items have taken over a month to arrive with e-mailed order status inquiries never being answered / responded to in any way.
Overall I'm happy with the transaction through NFA Firearms. I also received an Aimpoint Pro for my birthday last Friday so was going to cancel the order but since it arrived so quickly - I'm the proud owner of 2. I had been thinking about replacing an EOTech anyway... ;)
Did you receive a tracking number? I ordered mine early friday and havent received no tracking number and what state do you live? Because they are in Ohio. Im only anxious because i got a competition this weekend and wanna replace my hd7 before friday
I received both an order update (changed status to shipped) and ship notification (USPS Click N Ship) via email that evening. The ship notification had a tracking number. I'm in Arizona. I'd call them.
Talked with max at NFA and he was very helpful. Said there was a glitch to not let the order in til after closing. So he apologized and said he will upgrade the shipping if need be to get it to me by friday. I got an email about 30 minutes after with confirmation of shipment. Very cool to talk to somebody who is helpful. Look forward to doing more business with these guys. My order is supposed to be here by friday says usps

This is an awesome deal, but it is not the cheapest! PSA had them on sale a few weeks ago for 20% off and also 3 mags were included! That was the cheapest I have ever seen them!
