No Idea. Maybe make the bullets really soft. Also it might have something to do with the bullet weight of 100 gr.

how do you make reduced ricochet ammo?
The " reduced ricochet " ammo is like the winclean ammo.
Instead of lead, they use other, lighter nonferrous metals like zinc.
In my opinion the winclean ammo is garbage with a varying accuracy of 3" at 7 yards out of G17.
