You can borrow my grinder. We'll get it into spec.

A simple file would do. A grinder might make it out of spec in the other direction. I know it's the principle, but over .006?

I was just BS'in him. I have a few sets of those small files from HF that would work along with several fine grades of sandpaper to finish it up.

I figured that it was sarcastic. I like those HF files too! Wish they made 3 different sets varying from fine, med, and coarse.

Wow, you're like an Asperger Energizer Bunny!?
You're like a "Woman Scorned"; Over a $22 part no less? Hate to be around if you didn't get the correct change back!? I get being chapped about a Vendor, as I dislike "Classic Con", but damn dude, pick your battles. Even the military gets out of spec parts & assemblies that have been FQC'd! There are a multitude of reason why this is out of spec, two of which come to mind are. One could be to do that the paint/finish was defective (ie. mixed wrong, different vendor, defective batch, curing, etc.), The other could be that they aren't FQC'd after they are painted. Obsess Much?
