In addition, each 80 1911 frame is machined to precise tolerances from high-quality 4140 carbon steel, then heat-treated to Rc 28-32 for exceptional wear resistance. Furthermore, they are bead blasted to produce a smooth, non-reflective surface ready for the finish of your choice. Rails are not cut . Grip safety is full size 1911 with 70 Series tang and has a smooth, plain, front strap with a rounded. Front of the 1911 frame grip comes with 30 lpi checkering.
