All the childish banter aside, I have purchased several items like their complete uppers, parts kits, blank uppers and lowers, etc. I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience or issue with this company. The only time I had to contact customer service was when the post office smashed one of the boxes that had a handguard in it causing it to poke thru the box on a sharp edge and in turn put a small gouge and scratch. I contacted the company's support to see what they wanted me to do. They ended up just sending me a brand new one shipped two day express and also told me I could keep the damaged one. I had the new one in two days and none of it cost me a dime. That in my eye is great service. As far as parts go, Again no issues whatsoever. I built a 7.62x39 AR rifle with one of their complete uppers. As we know AR rifles in this caliber can be troublesome if not done right and within very tight tolerances. I can swear to you that from the very first round, now over 600-700 rounds that I had 1 single failure to eject as the case hung in the bcg and ejection port. That has been the only tiny thing I can say... everything else has been flawless and this rifle is still one of my favorite rifles I own. I have lets just say a nice collection... this company contracts with all sorts of companies, private security and protection service units, US and foreign military, other private manufacturers as well as other govermental contractors.
So I can only tell you my experience with this company over the past 7 years or so. As always this is purely my personal opinion and experience. I will certainly respect yours and I ask you do the same. Thanks

ps. With a light sand on the scratch and a tiny touch up with a pen, the damaged handguard went on another rifle and you couldnt even tell. The handguards were around $50 each so it ended up working out on my end and also giving me confidence and trust in buying more down the road

A crap manufacturer's 5.56 AR with a 7.5" barrel? Who the heck is "operating" with this dung?

Being we sell close to 200+ of these a month, that's a decent amount of people.

However your statement is out of touch and it shows. We OEM for a number of companies and use the same supply chains as AERO, Anderson, Spikes, Grid Defense, and Always Armed.

Is "Zaviar" the gay Spaniard the operator in question ?

You all are pretty notorious on the internet....doesn't matter which "supply chains" you claim to use (slow boat from China?). McDonald's sells plenty of McNuggets but that doesn't mean they aren't ground up chicken beaks. Just the fact you brand this firearm an "operator series" with the barrel length and caliber combo only being good for a huge muzzle blast and concussion shows how seriously you take the industry. The only more ridiculous brand name I could think if Ford labeled their 2022 Fiesta as the "off-road edition." LOL

Oh woohoo... seriously man your opinion is entitled but whys it always got to get so personal and child like. Do you always feel the need to "be right", or that your opinion is the only correct answer? Why cant you simply let people have their own ideas and opinions too? like this company calling their firearm an "Operator series"? Does it hurt you or cause you any issues or harm? does it disrespect you or harm you in any way by choosing their own names for the companies line of firearms? who gives a crap what a company calls their guns. Just about every single manufacturer eith currently or in the past has chosen a dumb name or description. Just let it go... If shit like this bothers you so much then I wonder how you get thru life on a daily basis. It must be distressing and full of tension....
relax bro!
