Inceptor™ Firefly™ rounds will change the way you experience handgun and 9mm carbine shooting.

Being able to see your shot from muzzle to target will not only make you a better shooter, but will make the entire experience of shooting a lot more fun. This ammo is SADU penetrator 62Gr 556 (Romanian) which is much nicer sealed brass vs the Igman that Freedom has. They also ship the same day and have great customer service. Their shipping has come down a bit. I love freedommunitions for other things but it is not an apples to apples on the 556.

Why does this ad get posted everyday. You can buy usa brass for less. If you want this import ammo, freedommunitions has it for $315 with free shipping.
I get so sick of seeing this ad everyday.

Shipping and GA state tax kill this deal. $0.37 shipped for 1,000 rounds is a terrible deal given today's market. A year ago I would've been all over it.

Bought Fed 62Gr Lake City from J&G sales for 31cts CPR shipped last Friday.
With shipping, this ain't a deal.

Finalized purchase at 3:30pm on 6/17/14. Ammo shipped same afternoon and arrived via UPS at 11:30am following day (6/18/14). Distance only Georgia to Florida but fastest shipping I have seen. Will post again after plinking a few hundred rounds.

At $.37-$.38 per round shipped, I don't think this is a very good deal. You can get American made Federal XM855 from PSA for the same price shipped. OR get Bosnian ss109 for $.35 shipped from Freedom's...

Freedom's is good as long as you don't get taxed in Tx.

Know that the merchant is located in GA. Shipping will reflect that. Looks to be a reasonably good deal if you live close, but shipping to WA is definitely a deal killer. Best of luck w/ the sales.

This is great ammo and I have bought a couple thousand rounds over the last 6 months . However, prices for 5.56 brass are now coming back to almost reasonable levels. These in reality should be 30-31 cents per round now. Even the pmc ptac and other green tip is about 33 cents now and most sites will have free shipping promos...

35cents per round after shipping to Michigan?
Yes please. This isn't cheap "plinking" 55gr ammo bullshit. This stuff is amazing. 8th time ordering and I will continue to order.

I've ordered ammo from these guys before and they're great and all, but they really need to lower their prices to be more competative.

Shipped to Michigan 37.2 a round. Make sure and order the 100 boxes as they are the cheapest. The shipping caps out at 36 boxes for maximum value. This is my second order I will be receiving tomorrow. Prompt shipping and reasonable prices for very nice ammo (for what it is supposed to be). Fired 1000 rounds without any FTE/FTF. Ready for another 1440. Herters comes in nice boxes with separators (for a low price) if you are into that kind of thing. Ammo kinda sux but, nice packaging however :)

While true that the 100rd boxes are cheaper than the larger boxes, the shipping goes up if you do it that way. In my case, at least, the price difference between 10 100rd boxes and 1 1000rd case was $2 after shipping was taken into account. YMMV.

Shipped to TX for right at $0.385 per round. And quality seems good. Around here, for good brass cased ammunition, you won't find much below $0.45 a round, and you'll pay sales tax. For reliable, quick ammunition, this is a decent resource.

I agree that the white paper 20ct boxes they come in are a bit flimsy, but overall, they keep the rounds from being loose and hold up in the very little travel they get from shipping box to ammo container. Nothing some simple tape can't help reinforce.

The White House is considering 19 separate gun control measures that could be passed by executive order. Meanwhile, it is meeting stiff opposition from gun advocates and from the National Rifle Association, which may or may not have close ties to the $12 billion-a-year firearms industry.

$30 less than this fodder. Quit posting every other day.

Excellent ammo. I have ordered at least half a dozen times. 1,500rds each time. I just put 1,000rds down range with not one FTF with my Colt LE6920 AR15. Impressively tight groupings. Any comments comparing this ammo to 55gr Wolf Gold or any other plinking ammo is a joke. If you pay for plinking ammo, you get plinking ammo. This is far above that category.

$70.75 for me (on 1500rnds) ~ though, to be fair, Half of that is GA tax. Staggeringly BAD deal for anyone living in Georgia, mediocre deal if you're able to a local pickup.

You are correct, but unlike many other sites, we always offer the same high quality ammunition, we ship orders out the same day we receive them (Mon-Fri before 4pm ET), we will not take backorders and we offer outstanding customer service. Ammo shoots pretty well for the price. Out of 300 rds fired I had 1ftf that appeared to a bad primer and what seemed to be a slam fire (last rd out of the mag went off immediately after the previous). I function checked the rifle after and found nothing wrong. Couldn't get it to replicate either. I mainly purchased for shooting form practice and I was running low on brass cases. So for me it's a decent deal for the times we're in. I will be ordering again.

5th time ordering. Ordered at 3pm and was received exactly 2 days later. Well packaged. Amazing product. Excellent communication when I emailed them with questions. Not a single FTF in all my orders so far. If they can stick around, they will never lose my business.

I like this ammo, but the shipping could be better. Even Midway has more reasonable shipping. Having said that, I cannot find NATO spec 5.56, green tips at a better price. My local wallymart has bulk packs for the same price with tax, but it is only .223 and 55 FMJ.

Shipping on 1500 rounds is 57.00 for me and brings it right to .40 per round. Not really deal. Like to see more of a shipping break on a 1500 round order.

Shipping for me is $16.81. Brings the cost to just around .42CPR. No deal. I get it from the sportsmanguide cheaper.

Several thousand rounds down range, very good deal fair shipping and overall great product! For you whiny people that don't like seeing this deal quit looking, not ducking hard to do.........

I could not be more happy with the product. For my first order I started with 500 rounds (ordered on a Friday, received on Wednesday). Flawless functioning in all 500 rounds which I found surprising as I usually buy Federal which varies from order to order. Since then I have made several orders from BGAA with similar results.

To all of those complaining about the shipping should look mainly at the facts. 1. USPS does not ship ammo (ORM-D is more expensive if they do) 2. BGAA.com charges straight-yield (distance/weight) pricing for shipping. BGAA could either utilize several techniques such as "camouflaging" or "indexing," but they choose not to. Both are utilized by larger companies such as CTD.com and big box stores that chose to gouge the public not too long ago when our gun rights were threatened.

Being a fairly new business, if BGAA does not cover their supplemental overhead they will fail miserably and no longer exist. In conclusion: They offer a great product at a good price and I hope to be doing business with them far into the future. If the pricing to your door is too high (I'm in FL so for me it's fair) or offsets the price per round too greatly the deal is not for you.

So... take all anonymous votes out of the equation and you have 70 likes vs. 18 dislikes.

Still a good proportion, and still the best deal today on 62-grain penetrators with clean reloadable brass.

One more time the shipping kill the deal.. $45 to ship 1000rds to Nevada... So $0.41/rd

Has anyone had any issue with communications from this company about shipping? I placed an order on the 3rd and haven't yet heard about a ship date. It certainly didn't go out the same day they received it. I even sent a message to verify they received the order and asked for a confirmation number and ship expectancy date. Absolute silence.
