This Russian Surplus 5.45X39 is late 80's dated. It features there 53gr FMJ/BT steel cored bullet with a corrosive, Berdan primed, lacquerer coated steel case.
It is packed in 30 round paper bundles with (36) bundles in a sealed spam can for a total of 1080 rounds.

I like how it says "Purchase (2) tins and we will ship it in the original wood crate which includes the opener - NO Extra fee's for this service." Leaving the items in the default state in which they came from the distributor is a service? Also, nobody has ever charged for leaving the tins in the crate.

Um, Sportsman's Guide ships all their spam cans in very poorly packaged cardboard, even when purchasing (2) at a time and they don't offer the option of getting the wood crate. Many complaining of busted open cans due to poor packaging. When you have something that puts you ahead of the competition, why not present it with a positive spin? Not everyone WILL ship two cans with an opener, some charge like $5 extra -- have you ever tried to open one of these cans without one? PITA
