Description

This premium 50 cal ammo can is manufactured to DOD M2A1 specs and is brand new from the manufacturer!

Ammo cans are perfect for storing and transporting ammunition. This ammo can features mil-spec seals and is tested by the manufacturer to ensure that it is water and air tight. We conducted our own tests and found the ammo can to be completely dry inside even after being submerged in water for 48 hours. It also survived a 20 ft. drop, and being run over by a four ton pickup truck with no damage to the body or lid. The can will easily hold 700 rounds of .223/5.56 NATO in boxes, or 1000 rounds of 9mm, or 3500 rounds of .22LR.

When considering how to protect your ammo stockpile investment, an ammo can is accepted by the U.S. military as the most reliable way to protect ammunition from exposure to moisture and humidity. When trying to preserve the life of ammunition, in addition to storing in an ammo can, it is best to keep your ammo in a cool, dry environment with stable temperatures.

Cheaper at Harbor Freight when you catch them on sale.

They’re made in China. If you like supporting communism, slave labor, destruction of America or political prisoners then this box is right up your ally.

Do you have the same sentiment toward everything that is made in China? The device you used to access the internet and compose your comment with was likely made in China. Most everyone owns stuff that was made in China, but that doesn't mean we "like supporting communism, slave labor, destruction of America or political prisoners". It would be great if American companies could bring production and jobs back home and be able to sell products at the more reasonable prices we've grown accustomed to.
Or move production to Mexico to help boost their economy. With decent jobs there, Central Americans might be less inclined to come to America. Shipping products to the US would cost less. The boost in economy might be able to help put a dent in cartel activity. Obtaining some of the production materials could be problematic.
The US has made China rich. I don't think any of us main-stream Americans are happy about that.

The only problem buying from AIM Surplus is their inflated shipping costs. You’ll pay $22+ in shipping for 2 cans delivered to a gulf south state.

This is a Blackhawk M2A1 can made in America. Harbor Freight and Walmart cans are made in China. However, skip Lucky Gunner and get the new Blackhawk M2A2 cans for $12.95 each at AIM. Fill it with other goodies from AIM and it helps on freight.

I wish I could of bought this deal. Screw lucky gunner. Their customer service is the worst. The a2 cab has that support bar so it is better for long term if you stack your cans.

These people are the worst to deal with. I’ll never buy from them again. Even at $16 it’s smaller than the ones at Walmart that are $12. I bought 10 of them and it came out to $210. Could of saved $70 by going to Walmart. Not to mention the cans at Walmart are bigger
