It’s only this price if you’re a member of their club. Otherwise it’s $75.59 + shipping. Total came out to $89.58 for me (0.199 cpr). Not a good deal.
I like to order ammo frequently and at .19 cents a round shipped to my door is awesome. I order from SG several times a month. This is the first time I have ordered and it's on backorder. 12/10/16. I stock way up on 9mm so not a huge deal but if you need this before 2017 look elsewhere.
Surprised they are still in stock at this price. Either people on here really hate SG or people are not prepping for the elections lol.
my favorite range ammo along with winchester white box 24 cents a round in the front door the wwb at wally world is about 29 cents around total
Order Summary Merchandise: $239.98

Total: $209.97 for 900 rounds delivered to NC
($11.67 per box of 50)
My local gun shop stocks this ammo frequently and cheaply so I've used it quite a bit, with mostly good results. The brass is very shiny and clean, but I've noticed that the bullet tends to be seated higher, and protruding slightly from the brass more so than normal, that being said it has been 100% reliable and this is the perfect value buy for a long training day.
Last time I ordered this I had to play 900 pick up. Their ammo shipping is terrible.
I always wait until they offer free shipping...
I'm already a member so with $20 off code it cost $105 shipped. .23 per rd.
Nice ammo, great price. Clean burning and accurate for practice. Free shipping with code SH1870.
Sportsmans Guide is such bullshit! I was lucky enough to "selected" for an incredible "free" 6 monuth Buyers Club membership. When I follow the link from gun.deals the price for the 450 rounds of Magtech is $107.99 when I log in to my wonderful "free" account the price goes up to $109.24 thus nullifying a couple dollars of the "savings". I not be ordering again from Sportsmans Guide just based on principle alone.
The $107.99 is for BUYER'S CLUB MEMBERS, which you became. When you subtract the coupon ($15), it becomes $92.99. However, you have to add in shipping, as you are not getting that free, which is $15.99 for orders of $100.01-$150.00, assuming they use the before coupon price. Therefore, $107.99-$15.00+$15.99=$108.98. Seems about right to me, although off a few cents. Did you check the shipping protection box?
I'm not sure what your complaint is as most online retailers bait you in with coupons etc, it's to be expected, not sure why you are show shocked...anyway still a decent price all things considered.
These boxes are as flimsy as all the 50 round boxes but are holding the weight of 450 rounds. So they fell apart when taking them out of the shipping box and bullets went all over the place. Have an empty ammo can handy like I did. Not complaining about the price or the product though, great deal from a great vendor.
Agree on the packaging from the manufacturer. I was less impressed with the ammo. My Glock 17 eats anything including Magtech, but the inside of my gun was covered in what looked like some sort of styrofoam-like filler. I don't know what the heck that crap is but it took a detail strip to get it out of my gun.
This is the only ammo where I've had a squib round as well. Maybe a dozen FTFs and FTEs out of a box of 450.
Maybe I just got a bad box but due to my experiences with Magtech, I won't buy it anymore. YMMV
Just used code SH1303 and got free shipping on this ammo! Best deal around for brass cased 9mm! Code expires tonight, but with a $10 off code that are plentiful the shipping is still only $5.
It comes out to about .24 a round after coupon and shipping are calculated. It's not terrible but I will hold out for cheaper.
About as low as you go for Brass-cased delivered unless you by reloads!

Seems like a pretty good deal to me. Thanks.
Waste of a post......ammo not included !

can't seem to get the coupon code working.
Damn I just bought 500rounds of wolf from them for $120 couple weeks ago. But can always use cheap brass! In for 1.
$10 off works shipping is $15.99 ammo for non member $114.99 with the SG2757 code $10.00 off it was $120.97 good deal for a little less than $13.45 a box of 50 rounds thumbs up
Expected availability of April 2 in the cart...
The coupon codes they send are essentially useless.
Generally, a free shipping code is more valuable since you can't stack coupons.
That's funny, because I just used a coupon code.....its called free shipping.... sportsmans guide offers it all the time!
In for 3 boxes for $331.35...thats $.24.5 cents a round...and that's including a year membership, and 2 - $10 coupons on future purchases. Great deal Rip Kirby!
Was in the store today - said they started this morning with over 2000 boxes of 9mm - were down to 700 by the middle of the afternoon.
The free shipping with the 5 filler is the best deal on 900 rounds...24.8 cents After shipping.
If your a current member you can renew and get a $20 gift card for future purchase plus $10 off coupon when they ask to renew before checkout say no the first time then the second time they offer double ammo discount and free shipping. I got 450rds plus 10 off another year membership at 29.99 free shipping for 124.47. So if you renew now you got an extra 20 bucks on a gift card so technically it was 104.47
It's not asking me to renew when I checkout, is there something i'm missing? or could you point me in the direction of how to go about doing so?
I think if you have less than 3 months left they ask you if not call them up and tell them you want to renew I'm sure they'll let you get that deal.
Did this too! Plus I get another 4% cash back for using Bank Of America Add It up feature. $123.48 now - then after the 4% back and the $20 gift card my total will be $98.54! Not A bad Deal!
Thats exactly what I did. Was hesitant to buy from them, hoping it wont go to backorder after they take all the orders. The membership was 29.99 minus $20 gift card, minus 12 buyers club on 2 boxes, minus $20 free shipping for rejoining club. So I came out ahead in one order.
Sportsman Guide charge the following:
Tax on shipping (what?!)
Package protection
The .25 price per round balloons to .29 per round even WITH a $10 off $99 coupon applied.
Being a member and using my discounts I got 900 rounds @ .24 per.
Cheaper than local Wal-Mart.
Sportsmans guide has the deals rolling today!
Just place the order (2/26/14@0923)...
$9.00 coupon code (SGSAVE0214) still works.
At the $109.24 you have to be a member, if not the price goes up.
$109.24
+$15.99 Shipping
-$9.00 Coupon
=$116.23 divided by 450rds = $0.2582 per round delivered to the house......
I never used Magtech ammo, BUT have heard some good reviews about them, I will see.....
The $10 off code still works. Just ordered some Magtech and a Glock sight tool. This was a legit deal on good ammo. Have shot Magtech for years in 380, 45 acp, and 9mm with no issues.
I have to pay tax as I live in the same state, but I did get free shipping. Came to 25.9 cents a round. ($12.95 per 50ct.) I can do that.
It’s only this price if you’re a member of their club. Otherwise it’s $75.59 + shipping. Total came out to $89.58 for me (0.199 cpr). Not a good deal.
