Only issues we have ran into with any builder kits are unqualified people attempting to build them.
That's not an insult, it is literally the only issue. We heard someone trying to heat the upper receiver to fit the barrel which is not necessary at all. I personally have built 100+ of our upper kits and never once needed a flame torch. Our barrels come through the same supply chain as some of the higher end companies in the South Eastern US.
This is like saying:
" I bought parts for my car, but my mechanic or I cannot install them correctly. So ill just bash the company because I didn't get the result I wanted....."

I would steer clear from this company. Bought one of these builder sets from them and had issues with the barrel. While they did respond to my email , all they did was trying to diagnose the problem by repeatedly asking the same set of questions hoping to get different answers from me. At one point they suggested I send it back, they will send me a prepaid label and that was the end of it. Never heard from them again even after sending emails to inquire about the status of the return
