Not to bad of a deal, even with shipping. Considering walmart has them for $119 a 500rd can. Saving $25 bucks aint bad.

Ya know, I notice that many people post that very same thought on this site. "You can buy it for less"...Ya know what else I notice, not one of you mention any site where you can buy .223 ammo for less than 22 cents a rd.!!

Too bad you have to sign for it, not taking off of work to save a few bucks.

229.49 total to ship to texas. 23 cents a round just about. Lowest thus so far for .223 ammo. hmmm

$30 shipping pushes it out of the "great buy" zone into the "good buy" zone. the problem is, it seems like a lot of ammo deals are in the great zone right now. pass for me.

$199 and $30 shipping is still a pretty good deal, for my area at least.

I can say that I put in my order about 11 PST, and it shipped before the end of the day. Props to J&G for quick processing.

Too bad this is from Lucky Gunner... great price on some cheap/steel ammo to feed your AR15 but I don't buy from them anymore. Spend your money on some brass/lead ammo from another vendor.

why

A lot of slick guns posters are butt hurt towards Lucky Gunner for raising their prices back when things were scarce.

Because the steel ammo will not fire consistently on most ARs. Yet if you read all 17 reviews at lucky gunner, they're all glowing 4-star reviews. I submitted one a week ago slamming this stuff as junk (bought more than I care to admit before I knew what I know now) and they've not posted my review.

I do not trust Lucky Gunner to be honest with their customers. And the steel ammo really does not work.

You must have a high price AR for it not shooting steel casing ammo? DPMS and other bargain AR's handle steel casing ammo just fine! It is kind of funny when people pay big bucks for big names and when it does not perform they blame it on the ammo! When some one buys a bargain brand and it does not perform they blame it on the firearm!

What the heck are you talking about? All types of steel cased 223, including Tula, has run well through all of my AR's for years. Most people report the same.

should be $299 for this mess.

why would they sale it for 299 when they can sell 200 cases for 399

Still too expensive for steel cased .223. I like this ammo as a cheap shooting ammo, it cycles well and I have no ftf or fte, but it shouldn't be more than 30 cents per round, maybe 32 if you include shipping/taxes.

Ammo stocks for .223 are coming back...this is not good enough for cheap non-brass ammo, IMO.

LMAO! Yup...it's official. I give up. I can no longer find ammo on this site. When FMJ ammo at 40 cents a round is out of stock the instant I get the alert...there's no hope.

this alert was way delayed, I'm looking into it now. Other alerts were all instant for me, but this one came 30 minutes or more later.

i saw this as it came out and clicked on the link. i think someone posted it in error. the posted date was from last week or so.

Oh ok. I know that "ugly ammo" that popped up for 50 cents a round was gone in less than 2 minutes, but I don't know if there was a limit on that either. It might have all gone to one person.
