These Tula cartridges are manufactured in Russia and can withstand temperatures ranging from -20 to +50 degrees Celsius, or -4 to +122 degrees Fahrenheit. The cartridge is settled upon chambering when the case shoulder rests against the chamber cone. The Berdan-primed steel case has a phosphate polymer coating, and is non-reloadable. It is bottled-shaped with non-projecting flange and contains a sure-to-fire spheroid powder.
