Description

Fiocchi's PerFecta line of ammunition is a great option for no-nonsense shooters that don't want to overspend to feed their habits. As such, this 1000-round case of .223 Remington ammo comes packaged in economical cardboard boxes (of 50 rounds each) similar to military stocks. Each cartridge is made using a reloadable brass casing that has been annealed via a heat-treating process in order to give it flexibility; this ensures a durable neck and shoulder that provides consistent, safe pressures throughout repeated use. Each case is equipped with a non-corrosive Boxer primer which is crimped in securely for dependable function. The round is crowned with a 55-grain full metal jacket (FMJ) bullet that has an accuracy-adding cannelure at its crimp point. This projectile matches the majority of FMJ loads for the .223 caliber and will provide consistent ballistics and low recoil for practice purposes. The PerFecta line is manufactured in Fiocchi's Italian facilities and backed by over 140 years of industry experience.

Its only 1 box of 1000 for $283, then $53 shipping to my address = $.336 a round!

I was questioning their 'math' of .14 cents per round earlier!

R u sure the calculation is right? It is said, I quote "buy 2 for 283$ EACH". Then plus shipping.

I miss when everyone was buying up these for $8 a box at the mart back in 2015.

Not sure about .223 as its never been offered in my market.

As for their .308, had 3 FTF in an MP10.

Seems like decent quality though in most other aspects.

You need to try perfecta again then. Being budget minded and a high volume shooter I've absolutely loved having this stuff at my wal mart the last couple years. I believe it is slightly lighter loaded than win or federal ball ammo but it's also only half the price. I never had a single issue with it over probably 4-5 different calibers and 10-15 different evil black bullet throwy things. This isn't a deal however- go buy it at wal mart.

Can't find it anymore at my local Walmart stores unfortunately but when it was available I'd buy it up.

They have stopped selling the Perfecta brand. I have loads of it in 9mm, 45, and 223. Great ammo. But with shipping, this is the same price Walmart had it for and you didn't have to buy 20 boxes at one time!

Perfecta/Fiocchi. 223 brass is good and accurate.
The price per round is $0.32 after shipping is included at Lucky Gunner. There is a minimum of 2000 rounds to get this price or it's $305 + shipping for 1000 rds. $600 + 40.96 shipping = $640.96

I've only seen these at Walmart and I have a dozen boxes. I fired around 10 or so just to test them in a Ruger AR. Cycled just fine, didn't notice anything different about then from other low cost rounds, maybe a bit light as recoil seemed less but that's really reaching. You'd need a chrono to really see.

My Perfecta 9mm, 45, and 223 all shoot perfectly. Maybe you got a bad lot or your gun didn't like it. It happens...
