I have a couple of them. They sure are pretty. Are they worth the extra money? Probably not, but I bought them for the stainless steel bolt carriers. I had Those things are slick and better then any of those coated carriers. Again put these next to a standard bolt when you pull the trigger they both work the same. Comes down to if you you have the money to blow. I did so it didn't matter much. Now I just need to get that titanium firing pin coated in platinum.
They are different and if you shoot 20 rounds every week and that's it your not going to know the difference , but when you have a bolt rated for 60k rounds and you shoot a lot you know that you don't have to replace it 20 times for the same amount of shooting , also the quality is top notch , I have them with the carriers as well in all my AR 15 and AR308
