Remington R1, the older ones at least, and the Springfiled Mil-spec can be had less than $600.
if they had this kit in the commander style, i'd have bought one....

So the frame is NOT the frame in the pic; it is a "Tiffany blue" frame?
Your pic seams a little dishonest. Tiffany blue is almost neon blue.
