Shipping price is wrong. It's $199, not $99

Revived my 6 year old account to come make this comment.
Shipping from SD bullion is abysmal. They say 2 day fed ex. Prices listed are only for mailed check or money order. There are much better options out there.
Here’s my experience with them:
2/1/21 order placed
2/5/21 email they received my check sent certified mail
Never got email to say my check cleared...
2/24/21 email that my order shipped (promises 2 day fedex)
3/8/21 my order arrived

Some of you guys are being slow, you know silver has long been collected by preppers and an interest to firearm enthusiasts.

Buy silver as a hedge against inflation, not as an investment. Otherwise you will be disappointed.

Your supposed to melt them down and make bullets out of them. You know incase you bump into a werewolf when there's a full moon.

Dont pay high premiums fellas! Good way to get fooked. 2/23/21 spot Price of Silver is $28.30 per oz. 5-8 dolla premium tacked on is just stupid. Be smart.

Where are you sourcing metal at spot? And were can you find it without a 10 day+ post clear payment delivery estimate?

so where do you buy coins for the spot price?

Only reason i see this being relevant on gun.deals is if you stitch/interlay enough together it could potentially make for makeshift vest of some sort . Idk. Desperate times cause for equivalent priced measures.

You never replied. Let me try again then.
Where do bitcoins come from. Who "makes" them?

I wanna ask a question and I do not mean to sound rude.
What happens with crypto when the power goes down? Is there some way people can trade it via cellphones or something?
I am not being sarcastic, I am mildly interested in crypto, but the disadvantages seem to be the same as digital content vs physical item.

This is exactly my point, people, mostly yooths tell me, "crypto is the future" then fad away, refusing to respond to legitimate questions.
I assume they hand bong water to go drink and it reflects poorly on this crypto concept as a whole...
Keep your in game currency, I will stick to cash until I get real responses.

Crypto is very real, Bitcoin is worth quite a bit of money right now (like tens of thousands), how crypto is “made” is that is is mined with gpus, it’s a bit complicated but a simple Wikipedia search will help you understand the basics

Beanie babies were once worth tens of thousands too.
Thats all I am saying.
I won't bother to look it up, mostly because I think my currently limited resources are better spent on say, a harvest right freeze drying system...
Maybe I am too old to understand what very much seems like a video game currency.
Let me ask you this, how do you spend or exchange bit coin? No offense, but i don't see the option at checkout on pretty much any website (I hear tesal is taking it now)

Please understand i am not attempting to be a price, I realize my questions are going to seem like I am being a butthole. Text just won't do a good job of conveying my frustration and genuine lack of understanding on crypto.

Its a cool concept, but I also thought beanie babies were sorta cute, so

Your freeze-drying system isn't working if the power is out either. Bitcoin won't work when the power is out, but when is the power out everywhere? Those who have Bitcoin will be able to buy their way into a better place, and those stock holding their silver coins will have to sell them for half-price. Ever had to sell something in an emergency or desperate times? You can't really afford to haggle for a fair price when it's life or death. BTC was $6,000 almost this time a year ago. It's now $60,000. Say what you will, it's been a smarter investment throughout it's history than silver or guns have ever been. Why buy silver instead of bullets? Bullets are going to be uber rare soon and our guns made illegal. Quite simple. "Silver" is a boomer Bitcoin. It may one day explode like I've been told will happen for decades, but I doubt it anytime soon.

I just bought 300oz at 32.49/oz from jmboullion, compared to $32.98/oz.

i went there, it's $9 over spot price. they must have given you quantity discount

Apples to apples, 300 coins at jmbullion is $32.71 (with quantity discount) and sdbullion is $32.97. There is a clear gap of 20-60 cents across the board for every quantity and coin. Don't get me wrong, the reason I'm looking is that I am looking for a cheaper price. I have a receipt for 10k from jmbullion last week, because it was the cheapest I could find, and I have another 20k that I'm holding while looking for something better. I just haven't found it.

You know, all the seller would need to do is put pro gun quotes on these instead and they'd be related to the site and I don't think anyone would care...
But this is ridiculous...
