The piston system parts and the barrel have been treated with our salt nitride Meloniting process making them harder and more corrosive resistant than hard chrome. Thanks for pointing that out Bagel Man. It appears that my distributor passed along some misinformation. I pulled one of these units off the shelf to look and contacted Adams Arms to verify. It is indeed QPQ Melonite / Black Nitride. I have edited the description to reflect correctly.

Chrome Lined?? According to the manufacturers website, that model is melonite lined not chrome.
