I still believe .22 LR prices will normalize someday.
Looks like it's all gone. Had it in my cart so it let me back order it. Say 3/16/15 is the next expected delivery.
Had never tried this ammo until yesterday. Shoots great, very consistent. At 50 yards from a bench rest I had 10 shot groups through a Savage heavy barrel 22 that I could not put the tip of my pinky through. Out performed the Wolf match/target and my normal favorite CCI standard velocity. Just for the heck of it I ran 100 rounds through a semi auto Browning pistol and did not have one problem. I will most definitely buy more.
Exactly, newbies know no better than to spout off about things they know nothing about, great ammo, very acurate
This "tactical" garbage just keeps going up in price... Suckit Sportsmans guide. Haven't seen a compelling deal yet in close to 2 years worth renewing buyers club for
What are you talking about? The ammo is for match/target shooting. Where are you getting the idea that it's tactical?
Please educate us by explaining the difference between tactical and match grade ammo. In detail, please describe when we'd use one over the other and why one costs more than the other. Be creative now. MAKE US BELIEVE.
Haven't grown up yet, bud? Maybe next year...
Tactical ammo - not much of a thing but CCI makes their AR Tactical that is supposed to feed better in some of the tactical guns due to the shape of the bullet. I've never had feeding problems, but it shoots better groups than MiniMags.
Match grade - better quality components, better consistency = better results. (But for you Hi-Point fans, quality isn't something you understand.) Of course if you're not trying to shoot better it really doesn't matter to you, so save your money.
As to whether you believe, I could care less. These are basic facts that any semi-serious 22 shooter understands. But there you go.
Ordered a case(100 boxes) someone at Sportsman's guide took it all out of a case, cut the ends off each brick, they it in a too big box so it all came out, what a mess. I called them & after 45 minutes on the phone found this is a common problem they knew about but won't do anything for me. I asked for a free brick or them to pick it up & trade it out, no dice. No service, no intelligent here beam me up Scotty.
