This Complete Palmetto State Armory Stealth Lower is fully assembled and ready for your complete Upper!
We start with our standard single-stage government-style fire control group, finely polish the contact surfaces and then coat the hammer and trigger in a super slick nickel finish. The result is a trigger that is substantially smoother than mil-spec. A great economical upgrade. This lower is finished with a Magpul MOE Carbine Stock, Magpul MOE Trigger Guard, and Magpul MOE Grip.

Do your research but as far as I know, once it’s a rifle (I.e. has a stock on it) it’s classified a rifle. If a stripped lower built with a pistol buffer and brace it can be switched back and forth as long as it’s with the legal stock and upper. Read up and don’t take my word as gospel
I got 2 one BLACK one FDE, one came 5 days later the the other, but it was because my FFL didn't update with PSA, not a biggy as I put the delay and shipping time into account. As for the product I'll give you the bad then the good, I must be the first person in history that can clearly see the BLEM's!!! LOL, not hard to see. one has some marks all along the bottom, the other one light scratch from top to bottom. by no means am I complaining! their awesome, have the polished trigger, and MAGPUL furniture, everything works and looks good. I could not build these myself cheaper $ 139 free shipping $149 with tax I'm happy with this PSA product, cant say as much for a $399 blem rifle kit I bought, had to send back for FTF/FTE, ramps were not properly aligned. I love PSA's idea, I just wish it wasn't a hit or miss kind of thing, especially on something that goes next to my face and goes BOOM!!
