Description
A BattleAx for the 21st Century: the new TROY Tomahawk Stock. The Tomahawk is a modern, combat-tactical, PDW-style retractable stock with an integrated cheek piece that elevates 5.56/.300 Blackout and 7.62 carbines, making them powerful, compact and ultra lightweight.
The impact-resistant, polymer cheek-piece with QD swivel mount provides stability and comfort; the aluminum thumb-latch and guide rails offer superior strength and five positions of adjustment. The Tomahawk Short employs the patented, proprietary TROY PDW buffer and bolt carrier group resulting in a four position adjustable option that is 3.4" shorter than the typical M4 stock.

Based on what I could find, it’s not a standard BCG - it’s a BCG designed specifically to run with this system. At least, that’s what the pictures look like…

It’s not really. Down to $200-ish from MSRP of $300. Midway’s original price is high.
Msrp is 499. I hardly have seen these less than 300 considering that it comes with bolt
They must have changed the price compared to the launch.

I could not find any further information from Troy.
Edit: I invite you to offer your resources on MSRP. Here’s mine: https://www.joeboboutfitters.com/TROY-Tomahawk-5-56-PDW-Style-Stock-w-Buffer-Spr-p/troy-sbut-th1-00ft-00.htm...
We must have a disconnect on your $500 msrp comment. I welcome some clarification and references.
2nd Edit: no BCG in the one from my link. Maybe that’s the difference… No model numbers or UPCs to compare, but that would make way more sense for pricing.
Decent PDW stock, but I’m partial to the CQ-S from Odin Works. I personally think the spring release and QD position are both superior to the Troy.
Thanks for the info, definitely looks and functions better! Mostly out of stock but Wing tactical has some.
Wow this seems a solid deal! It almost sound too good to be true. At $197.00 WITH the new BCG INCLUDED is almost unreal. A BCG from Troy will run you $125-175 by itself putting this PDW adjustable stock at like $25-$50.....am I missing something? Are these complete crap and only worth this money or less?? Anyone own one? Thanks
