The AR15 Stripped Upper Receiver is one of our most popular products. Forged from 7075-T6 aluminum, this stripped upper is precision machined to mil- spec M16/M4 specifications and features M4 feedramps. On this specific model, the forward assist provisions have been removed. Match this upper with one of our AR15 lower receivers for a solid and dependable fit.
Note: The no-forward assist upper receivers use a custom forging designed to work specifically with mil-spec port doors. It may not work with aftermarket port doors.

I got one of these few weeks back, only issue I've seen is with installing ultimate dust cover (SI), it almost seems like the plating on this upper is too thick and the dust cover won't slam open when bolt is moved back. Not sure if it's a good idea to shave the anodization down, so probably try and shave down the polymer dust cover first. Anyone experienced in this to add?
