It boasts a polymer handguard with the strength and durability to withstand heavy use and abuse. This upper receiver is chambered in 5.56 NATO/.223 with a 11.5” barrel and a 1:7 twist rate. It features chrome lined bolt carrier providing the highest quality and unrivaled durability. The Colt complete upper is hammer forged from mil-spec 7075-T6 aluminum with a type III hard coat providing the strength and toughness to withstand the most severe abuse and provide maximum corrosion resistance.
