Anyone have any experience with this gun. I'm interested, but recently picked up a para hi cap that had a binding grip safety when lateral pressure was applied. Its made me gun shy on the hi caps (at least the cheaper ones). Are these things well built and reliable?
These were never in stock. Tombstone Tactical listed them by mistake. Nice of them to let me know 7 hours after I ordered it in a voicemail. Even better they didn't answer any of my 15 calls or respond to the voice mail I left them. You only get one first impression TombstoneTactical, maybe the next customer will have better luck than me.
Actually just called... one still in stock...5:48 EST 3-3-14... rather buck up for an FNX tactical... good price (doesn't reflect 3% CC fee, or $25 shipping to PA
These weren't in stock on 3/1 when they last listed, even though the website said 8 in stock. Tombstone Tactical actually received 2 of them today (3/3) and never let anyone who had their orders cancelled 2 days ago know about it. Poor customer service.

I simply had a higher expectation for customer service, and I'm letting everyone else in the world know what they should expect when ordering from Tombstone Tactical. I was charged the wrong price on the handgun, double charged the 3% CC fee, and they had incorrect inventory. Not to mention they never responded to voicemail or email. Not bitter, trying to save someone else the hassle. Buyer beware.
Does anyone have one of these and can say good things about it? Or can recommend a 1911 style pistol with double stack mags in this price range that funtions well and doesn't require gunsmithing at somepoint?
Rock Island has a lifetime warranty, excellent customer service and a good rep when it comes to budget single stack 1911s. I can't comment on the pistol but i can tell you what after market mags you need to go with it. Mec-gar p14 mags.
The mec-gars fit the ria doublestack, the para-ordance doublestack and the sar k2 45.
Good to know they have a lifetime warranty. Are you saying mec gar mags function better with the double stack mag 1911's than the ones they send with it from the factory? I've barely ever heard anyone say they had one of these kind of 1911 style double stack pistols work well without some kind of gunsmithing after purchasing.Which is to bad cause I really want one especially in this price range.
