Everything you need to turn your stripped lower into a rifle for one low introductory price. Kit includes a PSA 16" Hammer-Forged, Chrome-Lined, mid-length upper, BCG, charging handle and our Classic Lower Build Kit.
Lower Build Kit: Includes our M4-style stock, A2 Pistol grip, Palmetto State Armory Classic Lower Parts Kit with single-stage combat trigger, Mil-Spec size buffer tube, castle nut, end plate, carbine spring, and PSA Standard buffer.
Barrel: A proprietary blend of Hammer forged chrome molly vanadium made by FN that is referred to as "Machine Gun Steel" by virtue of its use in FN's M249 and M240 weapons. The hammer forging process work hardens the steel, making it more durable. In addition, the chrome process for the bore allows for a lining almost twice as thick as a standard M16 for enhanced durability. Chambered in 5.56 NATO, with a 1/7 twist, M4 barrel extension, and a mid-length gas system. The A2 style profile barrel is Mil-spec phosphate coated. Barrel is High Pressure tested, and Magnetic Particle inspected, to ensure quality and dependability, and is finished off with an F-marked front sight post with sling swivel, standard hand guards and an A2 flash hider.
Upper: Forged 7075-T6 A3 AR upper is made to MIL-SPECS and hard coat anodized black for durability. Featuring machined T marks, and a mil-spec finish. These uppers are made for us right here in the USA by a mil-spec manufacturer.
Bolt: Bolt is made of Shot-peened Mil-spec Carpenter 158 steel. Gas key is secured with grade 8 fasteners and staked per mil-spec. Bolt carrier is parkerized outside, chrome lined inside.
Each upper is assembled to order with care, and test fired.

Bought this kit a couple years ago for $300 shipped. Price gouging at its finest.

was likely a blem kit.
I don't think the full rifle kit with FN CHF barrel has ever been that cheap. For the past few years the barreled upper has been slightly over $300. You may be referring a cheaper line.
Just FYI, the pictures shows the "enhanced" mid-length handguard which is cylindrical. Mine came with a standard mid-length handguard which is tapered.
Dont buy from these people it takes officially 3 weeks or 15 business days to get it shipped its been 5 weeks and this people still haven't shipped. INCREDIBLE !

Wow! A full PSA rifle with 1/7 chrome and C158 BCG for UNDER $600 when you use one of their forged lower "blems" from a month ago.
How do you beat that? A POS Walmart Windham will cost you another $200 and you'll get an inferior rifle.
My Windham didn't come from Wall*Mart and it is not a POS. Over 3K rounds of all types of .223 an 5.56 Nato never a FTF or missfire. Brass, steel cheap or match grade it shoots it all. I would bet my life on my Windham.
Base set CHF, not bad and worth it... Great starter AR and worthy to upgrade.. Barrel is one really strong n bad a$$, way worth it. Also, just a fyi, there are better value of this set sometimes on PSA with extras sometimes but no way a bad here.. Thou they all always sell out fast. Me, I picked up one that is the same set from, but it has all Magpul furniture and Geissele SSA trigger for 690Ish shipped from PSA... So for 170 more got all Magpul items and a 200$ trigger which really shines on this setup. Also sometimes they had this for 550 with all Magpul too...
Great deal at $519 (plus ~$20 shipping). It has a FN Herstal Cold Hammer Forged & Chromed Lined barrel. The only part of this kit that isn't up to OCD specs is the buffer tube (not T7075), but as long as you're not planning on using your rifle as a pogostick you should be good to go.
I was wondering why this didnt sell out at 599.99 last weekend... Down to 550 today. I am down for that. PSA can be a pain for service but a deal is a deal. Their stuff is GTG.
