The Kalashnikov USA KP9 is a high quality semi automatic AK styled pistol made in the USA and chambered in 9mm based on the Vityaz-SN submachine gun used by all branches of the Russian military. This tough, reliable, and accurate pistol is a distinctly Russian take on the Personal Defense Weapon (PDW) with some innovative twists and nods to the American shooter. The blowback operated KP9 features a hinged top cover for easy access to internals and a picatinny rail for modern optics. Of course the KP9 still retains the iconic AK style iron sights. AK style controls include a large safety selector and paddle magazine release. A hinge block and quick detach mount allow for the use of an SB Tactical TF1913 pistol brace which closely resembles the folding stock of the original Vityaz. Out front, the 9.25” barrel uses the popular American ½”-28 threading for the installed flash suppressor or your choice of silencer. The KP-9 includes one high quality Kalashnikov USA 30 round steel magazine. Russian reliability and style in a large frame, high capacity, soft shooting 9mm pistol?
