Equipped with a 1st focal plane Mil-Spec Reticle, this optic delivers no change in point of impact at any magnification. With a 4-14x zooming power and a 44mm objective aperture, this scope is well-qualified to perform at all ranges and in low-light conditions. Its optical system generates crisp and detailed images with high edge-to-edge clarity due to precision grinding and polishing of its elements. To further increase brightness and resolution and to reduce glare, the lenses are treated with wide-band full multi-coatings. For laser-sharp accuracy in the 1st image plane lies the Mil-Spec reticle with four hollow posts and a milling crosshair. It is designed for maximum transparency and can operated free of parallax from 10 yards to infinity by adjusting a side focus parallax knob.
The lightweight and durable aluminum housing is built around a single-piece 30mm maintube and delivers robustness, strength, and waterproof/fogproof performance. It has tall knurled (tactical-style) graduated windage, elevation, and side focus parallax knobs that guarantee slip-free operation under your fingers in any weather conditions. The zoom ring on the eyepiece also has fine diamond texturing for a sure one-finger zooming action.
