Not sure why all the hate. I got one. Its $13, not $130. For the price i think it's a fantastic deal. Yes not perfect for every application. I stuck my ak in it and hung it in the closet, out of the way and protected with mag but accessible. I don't plan going on a long hike with it. Again, $13, if it's not perfect for you then you're not out very much. Better than buying an uncle Mike's and it really isn't as bad as everyone says

Need two of these that can handle a pair of M60's for dual wielding.

What are you supposed to do with this to make life easier?

Easily separates inside, doesn't fit a 10.5" AR with a quad rail, rail WILL rip and separate it. Will not accommodate a scope, only a low profile red dot like a venom or fastfire. Quickest destruction and return I ever had and 1st and last NCStar item.

I bought one if these as an impulse item at a gun show and it was the most awkward way to carry an AR on the planet (minus being shoved up an bodily cavity of course) and seemed to do a pretty poor job at protecting the rifle. If it had some type of retention system; maybe if elastic 'squeezing' the rifle by sides or ways to pass a strap or two through both sides of the gun to create a barrier inside it might be better but the gun was pretty much always resting on the barrel and any movement transferred pressure to the optics in this one size fits all configuration. Also, If you tried to reposition the rifle it would work loose at some point.

VISM and NcStar are Chinese made garbage. Pure shit. Period.

I wonder how big an optic on a semi-auto sporting rifle it could handle?
I have a friend looking for a scabbard for a scoped rifle who is thinking about, reluctantly, dropping $400 on a handmade leather number for use both on horseback and in his UTV. This might be perfect.
