This new magazine fed, 12 gauge shotgun improves on the legacy on the legendary Saiga shotguns, and in fact most parts designed for the Saigas will interchange with the SDS Lynx. The 3-inch chamber accepts all sizes of 12 gauge shell, and the magazine well accepts any magazine originally designed for the Saiga-12 shotgun. The barrel is 19 inches long and chrome lined, which is a nice feature if you're planning on shooting a lot of lead shot through the SDS LH-12. One of the issues that plagued other 12 gauge AK style shotguns was a lack of reliability. That's not a problem with the SDS Lynx LH-12, which corrects that by using a 4 position gas system. The gas system can be turned to off, turning the gun into a single shot; or low, medium, and high depending on the shells you're using.
