Riley Defense AK47 RAK47-C-SF 7.62X39 Rifle Side Folder is a new offering for 2020 from Riley Defense. This rifle has a polish made triangle style folding stock, teak handguard, surplus pistol grip, and a 24mm muzzle break. This a great looking AK47.
This is our version of the American made 100 series, Side folding AK47 rifle (7.62x39mm) and measures 35.25” in overall length. See below for rifle characteristics:

why? no advantage, scarce ammo, when you do find it, its expensive. I cant find a logical reason? If you want a smaller caliber just get one in 5.56...
This configuration with triangle folding stock and laminate wood was characteristic of the Aks-74s in the late 1970s early 1980s. Very similar to what the Soviets used in Afghanistan in 1979 or featured in Cold War era photographs. The Mujahideen even nicknamed the 5.45x39mm the “poison bullet” because of the nasty wounds it created. This is a beautiful representation and the only thing wrong here (besides maybe the selector markings) is the caliber.
