Got deep down the swamp people foxhole the other night Ole Bruce the dude with the big belly and overalls has one of these , enough street cred in my book
It sort of has the profile of their Scout in .308 but has too long of a barrel, is heavy, and doesn't have the built in bipod. Not sure why they used "scout" in name.
I bit.. looks like a fun little plinker.
Kinda wish we could post pic here. Got mine a few day ago but havent been to the range yet. Got a Barska scout scope on it and laser sighted in. Feeds my snap caps well which gives me some hope that itll work well with real ammo. So far the biggest downside has been the availability of magazines. Cant find them anywhere. Note that this came with a full size rifle case which was a nice surprise.
