If only I could find a 22.lr barrel in stock, I'd rather just built an upper... I wish palmetto sold the barrel only out of their upper! Cmmg barrels always out of stock

Does anyone actually own this rifle and care to share their opinion and experience? I realize $500 for a . 22 seems awful expensive compared to the prices 12-16 months ago but as the prices continue to climb, now might be the time to buy one of these. Ive been looking at a couple other similar rifles however Ive found many to be full of plastic, "fake gimmicks" and some just down right ridiculous. However looking at some of the higher end . 22's like the HK416 Copy etc this one peaks my interest. my only concern is it is made by a paintball gun manufacturer but hell walther started out making bb and airsoft guns and still do so I cant judge off that. Id like to hear real world experiences. how they feel? hows the weight? reliability? are they finnicky with ammo brand or type? do most AR accessories fit? are parts and mags available? etc. thanks

Probably late to respond, but I have one and it’s a perfect plinker, trainer, and 22LR hunting rifle.

I have one also, with the shorter barrel. No real issues, all metal, mil spec trigger assembly. I upgraded with a binary, to make plinking fun. Works great.
Proprietary mags, that are difficult to find at a decent price. Had to go to gunbroker and bought a bundle of mags.
