The Strike Industries Extended Magazine Plate is designed for either Glock 17 or 22 handguns. In the 9mm G17 it adds up to 6 extra rounds and adds up to 5 rounds for the .40 caliber G22. In addition to extra firepower, this mag extension makes reloading faster and easier by giving you more to grip on to and even helps mags drop freely due to the extra weight. Included with the Glock EMP is a steel locking plate and extended follower spring to ensure reliability. It is molded from impact resistant polymer and is compatible with some aftermarket magazines and flared magazine wells. If you are looking to increase your round count for USPSA competition or just to decrease your time spent reloading, the Strike Industries EMP mag extension is top of the line.

I wouldn't go as far to say All there products are garbage or made in China. I've had good success with most of there products.
I do however agree with you that these extensions are a big steaming pile of sh*t. Causing malfunctions and jams. Typically have failer to feed half way through the mag. Either the rounds are binding or the spring isn't strong enough. Makes me question there R&D practices.
I’ve had three of these an none of them worked correctly. They would constantly FTF and turn your Glock into a jam-o-matic. These as with most Strike Industries products are Chinese garbage.
