I paid just .70 cents more a box last Sunday at Wal-Mart for CCI Stingers!
Box says "Gold Medal HV Match". Federal used to make a "Gold Medal Target" a "Gold Medal Match" and a "Gold Medal Ultra Match". Some subsonic and some high velocity. So, description says 1200 fps, so not subsonic, that's clear. It also says 40gr solids, then says 36gr hollow point. Just not sure what I'm looking at here. $4.99 Ultra Match would be a steal!
Not really a deal with the limit but worth it i guess if you live by a store and can do free in-store pick up... I just don't see how they are making money on this after the cost of packaging and handling of 1 box that cost $4.99. You would think there would be at-least a five box limit.
It wont be long until these are stocked on the shelf. Its almost to the point where its available enough where price gouging from re-sellers are not making as quick of sales to be worth it.
For me personally i can find limited stocks most places during the week but no chance finding any on the weekend. I give it a few months...
Which Uniformed Professional would use a .22 LR as a duty weapon? I'm confused by your post. .10 cents still makes me cry... I remember when there were boxes/ shelves full of this fun round... even in stacks up by the cash register to take home as a last minure grab...

True, True. Even with store pickup once a month, limit 50 rounds is a joke.
Then again, I never shopped at Cabela's before the panic anyway - they're prices were always too high (which is also true here).
I literally drove right past yesterday and didn't even consider stopping. Not worth getting off the highway for 50 rounds of overpriced 22LR ammo.
Agreed - Shinnanigans. selling one box of 50 with the shipping costing more than the product is ridiculous. Come on Cabelas. A limit of 5 boxes like a lot of your other ammo would be much more realistic. No, I don't intend to buy other things just to make it worth it when all I wanted was one box of .22 ammo. I have figured that out genius.
How silly. Cabelas only allows you to buy one pack which is a waste of time. Shipping alone is more money than the pack itself. This should be taken down from this site as it's just a waste of space. Who in the heck orders 50 rounds at a time?
