Dude.
Clean your freaking gun.
The pictures you've posted are indicative of 2 things.
Restricted or blocked bore causing overpressure and a stuck extractor tearing the base of the case. It is NOT the ammo that is at fault, it is YOU.

No gunsmith fees.....this time.

While We all have opinions, yours is indicative of premature speculation at your keyboard, but thank you.... no fees either lol ...
The gun is new, well cleaned , not dirty ,not fouled, not restricted, and the problem only occurred with this exact ammo in this exact box. LOL The cases are not “tearing” from the extractor- as it is not in the position of the case damage, they are blowing out at 6 o’clock , determined by marking an unfired round, and the rear deformation is in the form of the breech block, Gun was checked and ok’d with a professional gunsmith. Ammo Manufacturer already got them back and, it is an ammo problem and they are refunding. Back to the range, same gun still feeding, firing, extracting and ejecting flawlessly with M22’s, Golden Bullets, Super X red , Federal and Aguila...... so, no, not the gun.

you said "rear deformation is in the form of the breech block"
Hmm, exactly which 22 has a breech block and do you even know what a breech block is ? (think very old browning, remington, sharps or a pressure testing fixture gun.....howitzer???).
There is no pistol and rifle on earth that has a concave surface on the bolt face, they are all flat.
So, cleaned your gun did you ?

Looks like your extractor theory fizzled out, I’m Sure you always diagnose other peoples guns with thoughless points, ..... Don’t worry, one day Winchester will need you to analyze stuff over the Internet too

Theory huh ?
So you're trying to say that a stuck extractor cannot act like a firing pin ?
Look at the bolt face again....tell me exactly how much difference between an extractor and a firing pin there are on any rimfire.
The base of the case is bulged, if that happened with an actual closed bolt you would have had broken bolt pieces that were mentioned, you did not mention such a thing. That in its self indicates the weapon fired "out of battery" or when the bolt was not fully closed.
I'd go on into much much more detail but it seems logic, reason, and intellect are not what matter to you, hyperbole and innuendo seem to prevail.

Please do, ....go on with your details... it just gets better lol , in fact ..... even post all those keyboard gunsmithing credentials too.... I need more laughs after still shooting that same gun today with other boxes of ammo .....

See, there's the deal. IF it was a real ammo issue Winchester/Olin would have wanted the weapon to study it, and would have bought you a new one....in one very fast hurry. I've seen instances where that exact thing happened, several times. Next would have been the NDA they would have made you sign before they shipped you the new weapon (you still have not mentioned if it's a semi or bolt rifle, a semi or single action pistol....or the howitzer with the breech block action.
Ahh, but I'm a keyboard commando....right.
See there's this thing called LIABILITY and it weighs very heavy with large corporations, they would have been shaking in their boots hoping you didn't sue....IF this was a real issue of course.
Want me to go on ?
I've been involved with these situations before (black hills blue box double charge powder weight in 38special ammo....you can maybe even google the lawsuit up).
The bulged case head tells everything in your instance.

Stuff is not consistent whatsoever - caution the cases split open, bunch of gas and hot gas blowing back - plumes of white smoke - some rounds were fine some sounded waaay over pressured buyer beware
