Increasingly, consumers have access to a number of non-NFA platforms on the market that feed from belted links, like the FN America M249S or other conversions of the AR-15. Plus, isn't there something badass about having a bunch of belted links of 5.56 NATO kicking around your shop? Magtech makes it happen in the company's collection of 5.56X45mm NATO Linked Ammo.
Each belt of Magtech 5.56 NATO linked ammo are loaded with Full Metal Jacket bullets, purpose-built for training or range use. The rounds are loaded with 55-grain or 62-grain projectiles, depending on your preference, each linked together with the military's standard M27 belt link.
Depending on bullet weight, you'll see a muzzle velocity of 3,085-3,2665 fps with these rounds, and the belts come in quantities of 800 rounds each.
