The lowers are not readily available. Many customers are buying these to offer different setups on existing lowers, including cutting them shorter and/or threading them or since they change out so quickly, some will set up one with optics and the other with open sights. This in addition to just having a brand new barrel if you have a lot of rounds through existing barrel.
Is there a cheap source for the “lowers” for these? I assume Volq is stripping the uppers from the guns and replacing them with their competition, custom uppers leaving these as extra parts to unload. With my weak google-fu, I couldn’t find the lowers at a price point that would save any money over ordering a brand new mk4.
