Yes, and and no. Business was fine, but they were bought out by Freedom Group (Remington) who decided to drop a couple of brands, that being DPMS and Bushmaster.

I have one and yes this statement is true though the feed lips on the mags are a little finicky. But for the price really not bad at all.
