I bought 2 of these and extra compact grips. Guns are great but cannot get the sights off and if I could night sights are expensive for it. I've been trying for months to get extra recoil springs for them and cannot be found anywhere, even from Beretta direct.

Ya, I know. Have a heavy duty Wheeler and a smaller rear sight pusher. My Wheeler was able to get the sights off my M&P's which was no easy feat. These on the APX are tighter than those. This comment section is for the APX, not 96 centurion. I you find an APX Centurion recoil spring, post it, thanks.

It's the same spring as the 92 compact....hence why it's listed as 92 compact and centurion....nothing to do with 96 (which is barrel length BTW, look it up). It's listed on the Wolff site as such....you could even think about calling them to confirm (hey phones aren't just for texting ya know).
Some sights are made specifically to be removed left to right and some are right to left due to a slight wedge shape milled into the slide and sight....try going the other way ?????

According to Midway, it IS 96 Centurion and that recoil spring looks nothing like the APX Centurion recoil spring, which is a triple spring contained. I don't think you know what you're talking about.

Thanks for the NO help and wasting my time. You're obviously a MORON. 92 barrel, 96 barrel doesn't mean squat when it's the WRONG GUN that has nothing to do with the APX. That's APX family. Can you spell APX? This may be hard for you to understand, but the 92/96 compact or centurion is a DIFFERENT GUN with a DIFFERENT RECOIL SPRING. No one on the planet would confuse a 92/96 with a APX then act all superior when their called out for being USELESS. I'm not interested in calling wolffy to make a spring for it, they won't, it's not popular enough. The factory themselves, you know, the ones who actually MAKE the gun told me it's because of material shortage. Please read this slowly so you can try to understand. And don't hurt yourself, useless douche.

I just try this out in gun show, it’s a little heavy compared to sig 365 xl. The 365 is perfect cc out of all the guns I try at the show

Beretta name is guaranteed for performance & quality. The design is excellent. It's worth every penny. No hiccup, through 500+ rounds & going on !!!

Why are these so cheap? What's wrong with the apx?

Didn't get the plush government contract to replace M9 / 92....so they dumped them into the civilian market to recoup R&D and get it in the hands of consumers...grow the market...which hasn't really happened yet

these are great guns, like an ergonomic glock . i wanted to get two .If i had to replace all my glocks this would be a solid if not the contender . One of the reasons the price , i would try one . If i had to nit pick the thing i dont like is the trigger reset is not as snappy or positive

Haven’t heard of any issues with the pistol besides being ugly, and there’s a million plastic pistols out there so not selling. As for this seller, super slow in shipping and virtually no customer service. Actually do a google search on reviews of them. Not pretty
