New for 2018, Blaser Infinity Series riflescopes! After the success of their Binoculars, Blaser decided enter the riflescope market! The Infinity series riflescopes like all of Blaser's products have been designed, developed, and manufactured in Germany. These scopes have been designed for hunters by hunters ensuring that every detail and design element is focused on helping you make the perfect shot every time. Blaser's Infinity scopes come in 3 models, the 1-7x28 IC, 2.8-20x50 IC, and the 2-20x58 IC.
The Infinity riflescopes are designed with all-weather and light conditions in mind, the scopes feature a first focal plane illuminated reticle, ensuring that even at the highest magnifications the point of impact is exactly where it should be. The lenses on the riflescopes have been coated with a Color Corrective Coating to allow for a clear and high contrast view of the target and with >90% light transmission the Infinity riflescopes are exceptional for hunting at night. The scope is equipped with Intelligent Variable Dot technology that automatically adjusts the red dot intensity based on the magnification setting.
Additional Features
- SLP (Smart Lense Coating) technology protects eyepiece and objective lense against dirt and moisture for hunting in less than desirable conditions.
- Anodized hard-coating protects the riflescope from falls and drops in the field, as well as a Nanotechnology, applied finish that ensures both dust and water resistance.
- Turret design and placement were meticulously engineered to be as non-obstructive as possible, allowing for effortless tracking of fast-moving targets right before target acquisition with the scope.
- QDC (Quick Distance Control) on 2.8-20x50 IC and 4-20x58 IC models allows the hunter to switch between their zeroed setting and GEE (4 cm high at 100 m) for longer distance shots.
- Locking adjustment turrets ensure that there can be no unintentional adjustments made.
- To extend battery life for the illuminated reticle, when the scope is in very steep, vertical, or laying position the reticle will automatically shut off. When the rifle is brought back into a shooting position the scope will automatically turn the reticle back on.
- Blaser R8 rifles that feature the iC cocking slide will automatic turn on the illuminated reticle when in the pushed to the ready-to-fire position. For rifles without the iC cocking slide, the illuminated reticle can be turned on via right side turret.
