Stay away from Classic Firearms, they refused to reimburse me for missing and broken parts on an SKS. The lever was frozen and we could not get it open at FFL to inspect the internals, I’ve purchased over 10 orders from them in the past with no problems so I felt comfortable that the SKS would be good to go.

The gas tube handguard was broken in half but that wasn’t a big deal and would not cause the rifle not to function, but after I got home and had tools to open the lever (a hammer yes it was that bad). I found the gas tube and piston was bent and the piston spring and extension was completely missing.

So I contacted Classic and there response was we will give you $40, (and they didn’t by the way) or to send the rifle back.

I let them know I have too much invested to send the rifle back, and there response was basically tough shit.

120 Missing and broken parts – these are only the parts to make the rifle function. Not to mention rust so bad you could stick a toothpick through.

$521 invested and still have to pay shipping to send the rifle back

And Classic Firearms has done zero to resolve this and don’t plan on doing anything about it.
