Description
Do you want to walk out to the range with an enormous wooden crate of AK-47 ammo, say “Pozdrav, prijatelji!” to everyone (which means “Hello, friends!” in Bosnian), and then dump countless magazines at your target? Then all you need is this case of 1,260 7.62x39 rounds by Igman.
Based in Bosnia and Herzegovina in Eastern Europe, Igman exports 100 percent of the ammo they produce to the foreign market. They’re especially proud to supply to Americans, and we’re happy to shoot their well-made ammo as well. This 7.62x39 cartridge features a 124 grain M87 ball projectile, which Yugoslavia developed in the 1960s. It has no steel insert and is non-magnetic, and is designed to destabilize quickly in soft tissue to exacerbate its terminal effect. We expect you’ll make best use of the full metal jacketed bullet at the range, where it will keep your rifle’s bore cleaner as you fire away.
This round has a brand new brass casing, but it has still got Europe’s Berdan primer. That makes it slightly more economical to manufacture, but at the tradeoff of being non-reloadable. The contents of this case are hermetically sealed, so you can count on their potency for a long time coming.

I’m not going to talk about the fact that this is “surplus” and double the ppr vs newly manufactured ammo, but I got this back in the day when it was cheap and this is pretty dirty stuff. I shot this through AK’s and SKS’ - haven’t seen this in a while
Crazy expensive. I got a case of this surplus for hundreds less literally at a local gun show.
