The American series from Ruger consists of bolt-action rifleschambered from 22LR rimfire up to large centerfire rifles such as the30-06 SPG, and were designed to be an innovative yet affordable rifleplatform with models suitable for all North American game. Thisparticular example, chambered in 22LR, features interchangeable stockmodules that provide comb height options for both scope or iron sightuse. The lightweight black composite stock has sling swivel studs anda 13.75" length of pull. The Marksman adjustable trigger offersa user adjustable pull weight, between 3 and 5 pounds. Thefree-floated hammer-forged barrel has a target-crown, ultra-preciserifling to provide exceptional accuracy, longevity and easy cleaning,and a satin blued finish. It also features a 10/22-style extendedmagazine release, a fiber optic front sight, an adjustable V slotfolding rear sight, and a 3/8" rimfire scope base machined intothe receiver, which is also drilled and tapped for Weaver #12 bases(not included).
