This American Tactical Barreled AR-15 Upper Receiver Group features the popular and versatile .223 Wylde chambering. With this chamber you can take full advantage of the more consistently accurate .223 Remington rounds while still being able to safely and reliably shoot affordable 5.56 surplus ammunition. With a 16” barrel and 1:7 twist rate, sending heavy grain projectiles down range and getting small groups has never been easier. The mid-length gas system is the perfect balance between reliability and low recoil for fast follow up shots. Protecting the low profile gas block is a 12” free float handguard with KeyMod slots for attaching grips, lights, and other accessories. This upper does not include a charging handle or BCG.

The Mil-Spec upper receiver is forged from 7075-T6 aluminum with a hardcoat anodized finish and comes with a forward assist and dust cover already installed. The full length picatinny top rail is perfect for optics and back up iron sights.
