Here is the deal. This is a re-branded, Chinese made, Lucid L5. Lucid introduced these about five years ago, at a street price of around $400. Their quality, and performance was about average for the scopes coming out of china in that price range at that time. This is the link to a very detailed review on the Lucid L5 that was published in 2016. http://www.snipercentral.com/lucid-optics-l5-rifle-scope/.... Amazon also has 26 reviews on the L5 you may want to check. In my opinion there are a number of better 6-24x50's you can buy for under $400. One I think is worth mention is the Riton RT-S MOD 5 GEN2 6-24x50IR-FFP. https://www.ritonoptics.com/product/rt-s-mod-5-gen2-6-24x50ir-ffp/... It's a solid performer, with lots of features, and a great warranty. The best price I could find is at TSS Outfitters for $337.42 plus $9.95 shipping. https://tssoutfitters.com/shop/riton-optics-52396-rt-s-mod-5-gen-2-6-24x-50mm-obj-16-8-4-4-ft-100-yds-fov-30mm-tube-black-matte-finish-illuminated-crosshair/....

Thanks for taking the time to do this research. I was certain that this was a rebranded scope but had no idea who makes it because I don't believe PSA discloses this. They do the same thing with their two-stage trigger which is made by 1005 Tactical. I know this for sure because I bought one and it's engraved on the hammer.
