Aero Precision’s AR-15 5.56mm 20" Rifle Upper Receiver closely resembles the U.S. military’s M16A4 flattop upper and it comes fully assembled. It lacks only a bolt/carrier group and charging handle - two components many AR-15 fans prefer to customize based on their needs (this is America darn it, we have freedom of choice!).
The AR-15 5.56mm 20" Rifle Upper Receiver features a barrel of high-grade 4150 chrome-moly carbon steel with 1-7" rifling and a tough, corrosion- and scratch-resistant black QPQ finish. The full 20" length gives you the extra velocity to reach out accurately to distant targets with both military 5.56mm NATO and civilian .223 Remington ammo, while the longer gas tube slows gas velocity for more reliable cycling than with shorter carbine tube.
