Each NLX Fifteen Billet set starts with a solid USA Milled 7075 Aerospace Alloy Aluminum block.  It is cut to length on a Programmable CNC Marvel Saw.After cutting, Next Level Armament machine each lower receiver complete in-house on our Haas SS mills with Touch probe capabilities. Designed for the customer, they included an extended trigger guard.  The NLX Fifteen billet lower also features a take-down pin tension screw, a threaded take-down detent/spring hole, and a threaded bolt catch pin.  Next Level Armament include this hardware with each lower.To machine the uppers, they perform lathe operations on live tooling Mazak Machines. After lathe operations, they transfer the receivers for machining on their New Haas SS mills with Touch probe Capabilities.  Newly designed NLX Fifteen billet upper now features no forward assist.   This enhances clearance for charge handles while providing a streamline and light weight design.  Each upper ejection port is milled out to accommodate up to .458 Socom.Finally, they hard coat anodize each receiver to mil-spec tolerances, ensuring a long lasting finish.Completely designed with weight in mind, the NLX Fifteen set weighs in at 14.6 oz.
